Is my drawing confidential?
Yes. PreConstruct is a UK Ltd and GDPR-compliant. After we deliver your takeoff, cropped plans (with architect title blocks and project details removed) and the extracted measurements may be used to improve our accuracy. Opt out any time by replying to the email, or ask us to delete the drawing entirely.
How accurate is the takeoff?
Every sheet is AI-extracted and then human-reviewed before it hits your inbox.
What file types can I send?
PDF and Multi-page drawing packs are fine; we will pick the right sheets.
How do I pay?
The first 2–3 drawings are free, no card. After that it's £20 per drawing via Stripe, or invoiced monthly if that suits your accounts.
